Hello dear friends.
We have had a crazy week and a half around here. My brother-in-law lives just a few houses down from me. We can see his house from ours. It is nice, we are able to help each other and see each other pretty regularly.
Friday night my husband and I woke up to the sound of sirens and a loud explosion. My brother-in-laws house had caught on fire. Thankfully everyone was able to get out of the house ok, but boy was it very scary. They are now staying in a hotel room and with 4 children this is quite a challenge.
They have needed quite a bit of help with laundry and the children, so it has been a little busier than normal around here.
I am so thankful that we were in a position to where we could help them. God really does work in amazing ways. We were supposed to be living out at the land already, but a few things held us up. If we were out there we would not have been able to help out the same. I thank God that He works things out the way that He knows is best!

Sunday: We were at the dirtbike track all day so we ate out at Fatz. If you have one in your area you should really give them a try.
Monday: Southwestern Salad (I got the ideal from Chick-fil-A)
Tuesday: Gram’s Mexican Casserole
Wednesday: Gluten Free Chicken-n-Dumplings
Thursday: Veggie Beef Soup
Friday: Taco Salad
Saturday: Left Overs
