Dealing with My Overwhelm + Menu Plan Monday!

Happy Monday my wonderful readers!

Over the past few weeks, I have had quite a lot of ┬ádiscontent and overwhelm in my homemaking. I could not figure out what was wrong and was blaming it on every one in the house. I was sad, tired, and mad. Then I started Stacy’s new course, Homemaking How-To and it really opened my eyes.

After talking with a friend I realized that I was putting my worth on my to-do list! I am going to write a post on my whole process through this course and the spiritual growing pains that I have gone through. For now read this post on the course and join us, and know that if you are feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone.

Ok on to the menu for the week!

We have had a crazy week with JP working some nutty hours, which has thrown everything off so there are a couple of meals that are from last week. We had more left-overs than I thought. So we ate those up, which gave me a little break!

Sunday: Wraps/Eat Out
Monday: Fish, Quinoa, Zoodles, Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday: Fiesta Casserole from Dreams and Caffeine
Wednesday: Southwestern Salad topped with Southwestern Chicken
Thursday: Stir-Fry with Chicken and Quinoa
Friday: Nachos
Saturday: Left Overs/Wraps/Eat Out
