A Beautiful Full Week + Menu Plan Monday

Happy Monday!

Hello all, I hope that you had a fabulous weekend and are ready to start the new week! We had a great week last week with the hubby home a little more and BB here for the week. It is always so nice on the weeks that he is here, he is truly such a blessing to my heart.

There are lots of new updates on the cabin so keep a look out for that post this week! While building as we have the money is a slow process, I am very thankful that this is the way that we are doing it. We get to really see and enjoy each element.

Camper living is going great and we all love being out at the land finally. We are getting into bed a little late, because we all want to be outside for every ounce of light that there is!

I finished a really good book this past week and started one that I have been on pins and needles to start! Check that out here! The one that I finished I also wrote a post about. Reading is such an amazing gift, I am so thankful to live in a country where education is important.

If you follow me on Instagram you should check out my story for Friday! We got something stuck in the mud, oh goodness, it is crazy!

Have a great week!

  1. Good morning and happy Monday! Your menu looks yummy… since we had a busy weekend I didn’t get my grocery shopping done or menu planning so I am doing it this morning. This week is going to be easy and cheap!

    Monday – Breakfast

Tuesday – Cheesy enchiladas and dirty rice and corn

Wednesday – Grilled chicken and veggies and rice (fingers crossed the rain stops)

    Thursday – Tacos/Taco Salad

Friday – Spaghetti, salad, green beans, and garlic bread

    Saturday – Dining out

Sunday – Family BBQ (I don’t even have to bring a dish… YAY!)

    Cheers,

    • Hey there Lisa! I am so glad that you stopped by! I have not been grocery shopping this week either! We are a little off schedule b/c we have had so much going on the last two days! I will head out tomorrow, I hope. Tonight is the left overs from JP grilling, I will add some steamed broccoli and potatoes. Yay for you on Sunday! I love a day where I get the day off! I will probably make JP some crock pot lasagna and buy him a Key Lime Pie!
      Have a blessed week!
      Amy
